STV Apparel Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Our lifetime warranty covers the quality and longevity of STV Apparel’s products, specifically in relation to:

  • Fading of the design
  • Peeling of the design
  • Excessive cracking of the design

If any of these issues occur with your STV Apparel items, we will replace the item free of charge.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Stolen or lost items
  • Stains, rips, or tears caused by improper use or treatment
  • Damage resulting from improper care, washing, or handling outside of the recommended guidelines

Our warranty is designed to protect you against issues related to the quality of our products. We guarantee that our apparel is made to last; however, it is up to you to handle it with care to see its durability.

3. Proper Care Guidelines

To ensure the longevity of your STV Apparel, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Avoid bleach and other harsh detergents
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not iron directly on printed designs

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in premature wear, which is not covered by this warranty.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Photos of the damaged area(s)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Our team will review your claim and, if it qualifies under our warranty terms, provide you with a replacement free of charge.

This warranty applies only to STV Apparel products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if the issue is found to be due to improper care, treatment, or use of the product.

6. Warranty Duration

This is a lifetime warranty, which covers the product for as long as it remains in the customer’s possession and has not been subjected to any exclusions listed above.
